I've noted previously in this blog that I have been acting as a reviewer of short stories for Anthology Builder. Well, Nancy Fulda, who is the brain behind the enterprise, recently invited me to come on board as a submissions editor. I didn't know what this entailed, but I've worked my way through the system and found that my low level of technical knowledge is up to the task.
So I accepted, and ever since then I've gaily been reading, proofreading, and (generally) accepting stories. There's quite a backlog as Nancy is obviously very busy, but I'm slowly whittling it down.
If you have a published story that you'd like to see in somebody's anthology, why not submit it to Anthology Builder? And even if it's not published, you can still give it a whirl. If your story is good and well presented, I'm unlikely to turn it down: I know from my own experience that there are a lot of good stories out there which have not managed to find a home.
